FAQ's


Returns/Exchanges-

The Trippie Hippie Co. accepts returns, for Store Credit, up to 10 days after purchase/delivery of your item. Refunds for original shipping fees will not be issued unless the items were damaged/incorrect prior to being dropped off with the shipping carrier! All items must be in the same condition as purchased (free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other markings). All shoes must be in original boxes. All other items must have tags attached, and receipt of purchase must be provided at the time of return. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. Shipping costs on all returns will be the customers responsibility! If you wish to exchange an item for the same item of a different size, this will be strictly based off of availability. If the desired size isn't available at the time of exchange, store credit will be issued. If for some reason you missed the 10 day return deadline, and fee you have a unique circumstance, please contact us directly to discuss. Final Sale items, such as Hats, Jewelry, Self Care, Swim, & Sale Items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

Shipping-
The Trippie Hippie Co. wants to insure all orders are processed as promptly as possible, and do our best to ship in-stock items within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. U.S. orders will take an additional 4-12 business days for delivery, based on location. However, there are exceptions to these shipping time frames, such as Holidays and Weather that may delay the shipping times. We will do our best to fulfill these shipments as promptly as possible.

The Trippie Hippie Co. is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items by the shipping carrier. We are only responsible for the item, up until drop of at the selected shipping provider. Any damage disputes must be made directly with the shipping carrier itself. 


Refunds-
The Trippie Hippie does not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds. We only offer store credit on returns at this time.
